By accessing our website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer:

Free and paid workbooks

Digital courses, templates, and toolkits

Business coaching sessions (1:1)

Educational content via email and video conferencing

All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Resell, reproduce, or redistribute our digital products without written permission

Share private links or access credentials to products or sessions

Use our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in Euros. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.

5. Booking & Rescheduling 1:1 Sessions

Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling tool.

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed sessions without notice may not be rebooked or refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of BALI Academy. You may not use or reproduce them without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our products or services. You agree that we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our content.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, US. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
